BioMy name is Daniel. My friends always call me Daan. Which is unpronouncable in english, so others call me Dan. What's there to say about me..? Well to be honest, I don't know. :) I've always found that difficult, especially for college (those darn self-learning essays bleh).
Well I can always describe my life in short: Born in Millingen aan de Rijn (small village near the german border at the rhine). Lived there for most part of my life. Went to elementary school there. After that I went to high school in Nijmegen (HAVO).
As a kid I was always fascinated with planes, and (I know it's a cliche): I always wanted to become a fighter pilot... The introduction of glasses at age 14 totally destroyed that dream, but fortunately I had also acquired another passion: computers. Graduated from highschool in 1997 and then went on to do MTS Electronics. But after finishing that in 2000 I decided to go to College. Where I graduated in 2005.
Currently working for a small company in Wageningen.
I organize tournaments for a miniature war game called Axis & Allies Miniatures, which is based on the second world war.
My buddies and I get together around once a month to play the Dungeons and Dragons Role Playing Game.
